ABOUT THE BOOK
‘Creativity from Nature’ was an online workshop of four sessions, conducted by Nitya Aggarwal who runs a nature travel organisation Wildnest, Vrushali Barbare who runs Enlit Kids Books and Games store and Katie Bagli, a children’s author who writes stories woven around nature. Each session saw the children absorbing some unheard of, quirky, bizarre and mind-boggling facts of nature from Katie’s book, Nature So Bizarre – 500 Intriguing Facts. Based on these facts, the children, of ages ranging from 7 to 10 years, came up with amazing creativity – whether it was poetry, or cartoons, or comic strips or stories or playscripts!
As an appreciation of their ingenuity and talents, we have compiled their work
in this book, Creativity from Nature So Bizarre.
