About the Author

Ram Saran was born in Maniala village, Kangra District, Himachal Pradesh, into a humble wage-earning family. Despite facing academic, financial, and professional challenges, he continued his education and eventually earned a Master's degree in Economics from Himachal Pradesh University.

He later joined the State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer, where he handled challenging operational and administrative responsibilities.
