About the Book:

The poet puts forward his collection of poems, “In the Wake”, spanning the last two decades of his life.

He lays bare his thoughts and reflections, splitting them in the four directions of his inner compass; ponderings over the human challenge, love and its longings, the social questionnaire, and the environmental issues that have churned his mind.

These four cardinals of the compass overlap and interweave, as he attempts to make his collection is all-encompassing. He believes poetry must be heard, lived, and written so as to be voiced as one's life experience.

About the Author:

Gurmeet Singh Ranghar is a Marine Engineer, who now channels his creativity into fostering maritime education. He lives with his family in Mumbai.

He studied at The Doon School Dehradun, Hindu College Delhi & DMET Kolkata.

His interest in astronomy and cosmic frontiers are subterranean, while the environment remains a sensitive matter to him.
