About the Book -
What if every challenge was a hidden blessing?
What if every silence carried a loud and beautiful truth?
See Me, Hear Me is a decade-long journey of a family transformed by their neurodivergent child’s unwavering strength and unconditional love. Dr. Shipra Bhatia opens her heart to share everyday victories that often go unseen—a first word, a warm hug, the spark of connection. Rooted in deep gratitude to the divine, this book reminds us that real triumph lies not in perfection, but in presence, patience, perseverance—and above all, acceptance.
Through personal stories, she busts myths, emphasizes early intervention, and reveals the deeper truth: we win over autism the moment we embrace it.
More than a memoir, this is a call—to parents, educators, and society—to shift from sympathy to empathy, from ignorance to inclusion. It confronts emotional neglect and calls for collective courage.
To every parent of a special needs child who has silently asked,
“What after me?”—this book answers: You are not alone.
Let’s build a future where no child is left behind.
