About the Book:

Mchezaji is a Swahili word that means Gamer/Player. This story is about a boy named Drake, a bright teenager who loves to play video games with his best friend Max all day long. While playing a new game, his room suddenly starts shaking one day. He quickly dives under his bed for safety but hits his head on the floor and falls unconscious. When he wakes up, he finds himself inside the game and it seems that he is stuck for good!

The story will take you through heart-stopping moments of Drake's efforts to survive. How will Drake escape? Can he escape by playing the video game in real life and not getting killed by his enemies? Embark on a scintillating roller coaster ride, full of adventure and action.

About the Author:

Ebrahim Morbiwalla was born in Dar-es- Salaam in 2005. He is currently studying at MSB Educational Institute, Dar-es-Salaam in grade 11. He is extremely outgoing and loves to play pranks. He is a keen athlete and enjoys extreme sports. His love for sports also extends to playing online games.

He aspires to become a professional hunter like his father and has been on several hunting trips. He loves challenges and is always looking for new things to do. Writing this book was a challenge that he took up with zeal and enthusiasm.

The inspiration behind this book comes from the movie – Jumanji.
