About The Book

The book tries to bring out & nurture the love for Nature that children already have. It aims to make children go to Nature and derive their inspiration from it in their day to day life as well as drive their energies towards studying & preserving Nature to make their life more calm and contented. The aim is to move them out from their cooped-up interiors and learn to care, share and live a more fulfilling life as they grow older. They will then realize that being tolerant & having healthy competition will make them stronger and they will pursue high ideals as they grow up.

About The Author

The poet is a library professional with 14 years of experience working in different libraries and 7 years of working in philosophical research, editing, translation of write-ups, articles & stories for children and also teaching children.

With a philosophical background of finding solace in Indian philosophy & religious thoughts, the author also found Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Descartes, Wittgenstein and many others very inspiring. The author moved from the high realms of philosophy to the more practical library science field and then writing for children. Music has been her life-long passion & is an inseparable part of her life. Working for and with children has been a very enlightening, engaging and enriching experience! The author plans to write articles, stories & more poems for children to make their life lively, joyful & meaningful.
