About the book :

What if the truest love story is the one where you meet your own Self?

A Spiritual Love Story is a true account of awakening across the living landscape of Bharat. Snigdha, a banker, steps beyond career and identity to walk a path that can only be lived. Her companion is Sukrit—husband, mirror, and Guru in daily life. After his awakening, he chooses not to renounce. He remains, guiding through silence, presence, and simple acts. From Parvati Valley to Kashi, from shakti peethas to Himalayan trails, their outer yatra mirrors an inner one. Through the heat of Kundalini, old karmas loosen, ego softens, and the Shakti within rises. Written in clear third-person, this memoir meets readers where they are—seekers, psychologists, healers, and anyone exploring conscious relationship, surrender, and practical spirituality.

If your heart has ever whispered, What must I release to live in truth?—this book will answer by reflecting you back to yourself.

  • True story.
  • 37 black-and-white illustrations.
  • For readers of Autobiography of a Yogi, The Surrender Experiment, and The Power of Now.

About the Author -

Snigdha S. Roy writes from a lived apprenticeship to presence. She and Sukrit once worked in government service; his awakening turned home into an ashram and marriage into the teaching. Her debut, A Spiritual Love Story, is a true account of that passage—across Himalayan valleys, river ghats, and ancient temples—and the more demanding terrain of the heart.

Guided by her husband, Sukrit, whose awakening became a mirror rather than an escape, Snigdha writes about presence, surrender, and the rise of the Divine Feminine with clarity and warmth. Her work bridges spiritual insight with everyday living, speaking to seekers, therapists, healers, and readers of practical wisdom worldwide. She lives and writes in Kashi (Varanasi)
