About the Author

Khem Chand Khattri writes from his experiences as a son, husband, father and marine engineering professional whose career has taken him aboard ships. His journey and reflections bring together family memories, life experiences and the values he absorbed from his parents. The book is also shaped by his long personal practice with Heartfulness, through which he describes learning to pause, reflect and give his experiences a voice.
