About the Book:

A body is brought to life by non-physical or metaphysical attributes. Thoughts, feelings and emotions form the essence of a person's state of mind.

Thoughts are the starting point of all our actions. “Understanding Life” begins from this perspective and goes on to explain:

  • How thoughts are generated
  • How some thoughts are 'selected' for actions and others rejected
  • Role of mind in managing career, health and relationships.
  • Role of festivals in stimulating positive thinking
  • How a value-based behaviour leads to professional excellence as substantiated by the author's personal anecdotes.

Our education system suffers from crucial gaps that have resulted in a constant state of confusion and lack of sustained happiness in our lives. This book is an attempt to fill in those missing dimensions.

An inquisitive reader is bound to discover powerful tips in creating and adopting a constructive approach to life.
