About the Author:

Seema Raghunath is an HR professional with over 23 years of experience in corporate India. Her core area of interest and study is Human Psychology, which became her passion after she discovered her own learning inadequacies came from acute Dyslexia - a type of learning disorder. At the age of 16 she designed and framed her own learning style which made her prehensile and fit enough to thrive in competitive workplaces.
