About the Author:

Anita Bafna started her career as a trial Court lawyer in Mumbai and later went on to become an Advocate-on-Record with the Supreme Court of India.

She has been a column writer for many newspapers on legal subjects. YouTube channel is one more endeavour of hers to enlighten junior lawyers about legal acumen and make them familiar with the Court craft.

Her vast experience as a trial Court lawyer can be seen in her pleadings and presentation of legal documents which gives clarity about the facts, grounds, law points, and logic applied in simple yet powerful ways while defending her clients.
