We, at StoryMirror, are extremely proud to present this anthology of poems in the form of an E-book. The selected poems made it to the top 50 winning entries of “Be A Poem Competition” which received a whopping 5,000 poems from all over India spanning across diverse genres. 

There are things that we do without noticing, so mundane that we miss the finer details and meanings. And when you do, you gasp in sheer wonderment when life pulsates with frenzy and mocks you to catch up! There are times you end up missing all sorts of things – parents, a good book, company, love, happiness, flowers, sunlight, even tears sometimes.

There are poems all around us, waiting, to be disrobed, to find a release in the form of words pregnant with emotions, every possible sound, smell and sight. Each moment unravels 7 billion shades, 7 billion stories, a reason to exist, and a spark to ignite our lives. When the warrior in us dares to wield his mighty pen to make a few scratches on a sheet of paper, or tap on the keys of a machine, beautiful words appear; nothing stops him from coming back home with a fuller soul, a richer conquest.
