About the Author:

Shankar Krishnamoorthy (Shankar) and Bhoovarahan Thirumalai (Bhoo) are co-founders of Aspire Systems (www.aspiresys.com) and Synergita Software (www.synergita.com).

Shankar and Bhoo co-founded Aspire early in their work life along with their college mate, Gowrishankar Subramanian. Synergita was born out of the experience in implementing people practices at Aspire. Bhoo has also co-founded an energy IOT Startup, Energy ETA.

They are also active angel investors and members of The Chennai Angels and Antler.
