About The Book:

This book is a wonderful addition to the ‘leadership genre’, and addresses a void in the literature available to technology leaders. The book uses a story where the protagonist is already firefighting, relates very well to the world of technology leaders, who have too much on their plates, and too little time in their hands. This book will benefit technology leaders from all walks of life while also benefitting those leaders, who feel they have no time to read or implement this and even more. HUMAN methodology described inside provides practical and insightful tools to help leaders connect consistently with their teams. It guides the reader through real-world problems and the approach to constructing consistent solutions to leading successful teams.
